Be.Yoga has always prioritized sharing as much Yoga with as many people as possible!
While passionate about the poses it is truly peoples well being that lights me up.

As the founder, I believe our practices are for the benefit of all beings and it’s imperative to take our practices off our mats and into the world.
For 17 years Seva offerings have been consistently offered to those ages 1-90.

~ Yoga sessions are donated freely to those in recovery and healing from illnesses.
~ School children of all ages have benefited from fun and meaningful time of their mats ~ Free meditation classes are regularly offered to teachers.
~ All of Be.’s wellness and cultural retreats have a meaningful give back component.
~ $40,000 ( and counting ) has been donated to various charities and fundraising initiatives for people locally and globally.
~ Yoga classes as well as meals and a space to hold events have helped
women and their children as well as mens homeless shelters.
~ Meals have been made and delivered to local shelters and those in need
~ Food drives each season of the year benefit local food banks.
~ Veterans are offered free classes
~ Teens have offerings that are safe, respectful and compassionate to the challenges of growing up at this time.
~ Local animal shelters have benefited from beds being made and forever homes being found.
~ In Morocco, 17 of us fundraised to provide temporary shelter and supplies after the devastating hurricane in Morocco.
~ Proceeds and donations sponsored girls from Project Soars mission.
~ In Tanzania we raised over $30,000 rebuilding several village classrooms in need.
~ In Costa Rica we sponsored a young child at school and in his musical desires.
~ In Peru we brought crucial supplies to a mountain school.

Whether it is on my mat, abroad or at the market, I hold steady in my heart that we all are brothers and sisters and should do what we can, when we can, for the benefit of all beings thru our various practices.
