I have been spending time at Kripalu since 2007 whenever I get the chance!
I have been on retreats, I’ve taught in their retreat program and I have been blessed to assist my teacher Erich Schiffmann several times when he visited Kripalu.

Kripalu is a true reset for body, mind and spirit. You can fill your day with wellness programs + spend quality quiet time in nature.
The expansive lawn unrolls to Stockbridge lake, there are hiking trails, a walking labrynth and downtown Lenox if you wish to explore is a 5 minute drive :)

Kripalu’s meals are AMAZING! With options and choices and plenty of new things to try, EVERYONE looks forward to breakfast, lunch and dinner.

— 4 Yoga sessions with Kristin
Each session is all levels and focuses on a different reset for the nervous system
( 1 Sunday, 2 Monday, 1 Tuesday )
— Kripalu R + R Tuition which includes:
— 3 Optional Kriplau Yoga classes
— 2 Optional Kripalu workshops on Monday
— 2 Optional Kripalu evening offerings Sunday + Monday
— Various teas + fruit throughout the day

Cost is broken out into 2 payments:
— $350 Tuition:Retreat to Be.Yoga
— Kripalu Room + Board booked directly thru Kripalu beginning the week of March 6th
~ Double accommodations ~ $226-350 per night depending on size, view + bathroom
~ Single accommodations ~ $290-500 per night depending on size, view + bathroom
** Limited dorm spaces are available ~ $194 per night with shared hall bathroom
** Room + Board must be booked with Kripalu **
