What your retreat includes:

- 7 days/6 nights in a modern, zen jungle loft treehouse set amongst picturesque tropical gardens with observation decks, hammocks and jungle vistas. all rooms have Private bathrooms, double sinks and waterfall showers.

- 3 incredible meals per day. Artistic and gourmet, you'll be inspired and in awe of the vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine. Gaia gourmet creates three unforgettable meals per day inspired by the world’s greatest cuisines. Meals are designed around the seasons using Ayurvedic principles while incorporating the best and freshest local ingredients, herbs and spices. All organic produce comes from local Costa Rican family farms.

- optional Wine with dinner each evening.

- Daily Morning Meditation & Yoga practice each day accessible for all levels with Kristin. we will not only awaken breath and body with movement but also thread thru a restorative theme. You will Experience Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, and last but not least legs up the "railing"!

- 4 late afternoon shamanism experiences with Joyce st. germaine. our time together will honor the sacred land we visit. we will open to the 4 directions and all that is in you, in me, in all of life. Sessions will be customized for the interest of the group and will include ceremony, journeying, accessing spirit guides and more. time with joyce always leaves one more Insightful with intuition brighter, congestion and blocked energies lighter.

- Waterfall Wellness Ritual - Led by Liz Lindh ~ an empowering adventure including a full body cleansing and exfoliating treatment using indigenous fruits, flowers, oils and herbs, a guided river hike, optional waterfall climb, meditation, sacred mineral pool plunge and healing abhyanga (self massage with jungle flower infused fresh-pressed coconut oil).

- evening Sound Healing Gong Bath - We will enjoy a transcendent experience including guided pranayama to balance and ground, gentle stretching to relax and heal followed by a gong concert under the stars. This experience is relaxing, nourishing, cleaning and powerful in the jungle air.

- unlimited access to yoga pavilion and screened in meditation rooms.

- 40 acres of private land to explore with hiking and walking paths, waterfalls and rivers to enjoy.

$500 Non Refundable Deposit to reserve your space. $750 deposit is due September 1, 2021. Balance is due January 1, 2022. Canceling at anytime after non refundable deposit will result in 50% deducted from payments applied. Canceling within 90 days will result in forfeiture of all payments unless spot can be filled. Trip insurance is highly recommended if you would like assurance if your travels are disrupted. The only group that will be at The Sanctuary is ours - 14 pp maximum. If we need to cancel the retreat due to Covid complications it WILL be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Please note that ALL travelers must be fully vaccinated from Covid 19 within 2 weeks of our travel date. Proof of vaccine will be required upon entry.
