Andrew started practicing yoga when he was 19 years old. Battling depression and anxiety he looked to find something that would help. Knowing he needed to loose some weight he started with exercises to feel comfortable in his body again. Eventually making his way onto a yoga mat and falling in love with a practice that helped slim his waistband and allow his heart to grow leaving the anxiety and depression behind. Andrew started teaching yoga when he was 21 years old, to give back all the gifts he himself had received on his own mat. Sharing the gift of yoga is his passion in life.
