Private Yoga Sessions are Available by Appointment

Work privately with our teachers to create and /or refine a practice that makes sense for your body, your level of experience and your goals.

  • Refine your structural alignment.  Learn to build postures step by step.

  • Work with us to create your own home sequence.  Discover whats meaningful in your practice.

  • Learn to sit.  Learn to breathe.  Learn to meditate.  Find out how to make your yoga practice a meditation in motion.

  • Perfect for Beginners toLearn the basics of alignment and how to modify. Begin a practice without being intimidated or overwhelmed.

  • Great for advanced students to refine and enhance ready to take it to the next level.

You can also arrange semi-private sessions for you and a friend or you and your family members!

Rates for one person or semi private for 2 people:
~ $90 one hour with owner, Kristin Cork - Inquire for pricing on longer sessions                                                                                                            ~ $80 with Be. 200 hr certified yoga teachers ( add $15 per additional person.)
~ $255 package of 3, one hour private sessions with Kristin Cork                                                                         ~ $510 package of 6, one hour private sessions with Kristin Cork                                                                            ~ Have a moms night out at Be.Yoga! 1 hour private yoga class ~ $20 per person ( 6 pp minimum )
