“Our happiest moments as travelers always seem to come when we stumble upon one thing in pursuit of something else” Lawrence Block

Join me and explore the raw, intense beauty of Iceland ~ Geysers & Glaciers, Waterfalls, Lagoons, Landscape & SO much more! Experiencing the gorgeous intensity of fire & ice, this journey is certain to awaken and inspire your body, mind and spirits! You'll enjoy a foodie tour in Reykjavik - Relaxing & Remineralizing in the famous Blue Lagoon - Traveling the Golden Circle with Waterfalls & Volcanoes, Elves & Gnomes (!)
And .... of course the spectacular spectrum of Northern Lights - inspiring the artist in each of us!
Each morning before venturing out, we'll stoke our own inner fires flowing thru the body waking up the elements within ourselves. Each evening winding down, we'll restore and replenish for the next day’s adventures with a slower yoga practice of flowing and holding. Both Vinyasa Flow and Yin practices can be customized to be as relaxing or challenging as you would like - I love working with both new and longtime practitioners. Each day a different day. Each practice another opportunity to connect the elements of ourselves to the elements around us. I hope to experience this trip of a lifetime both on the mat and in the world!
