~Take some time away from the heat of summer to settle in for a cooling asana practice which will touch upon poses to reboot each chakra.
~"Chakras are the concentrated energy centers of the body. Chakra is a Sanskrit term and it means “wheel” or “disk” and is derived from the root word “cakra”. Chakras are spinning wheels of energy/light"
~Class will focus on cooling pranayama, slow flow and longer holds for a signature pose for each chakra.
~A meditation and use of essential oils will seal the work of this practice.
Pre-registration is necessary - 6 person minimum
