Have an itch to try something new that could change your life? Not ready to commit to a long series of classes? Drop in to this Introduction to Tai Chi class taught by Associate Tai Chi Chuan Instructor, Kevin Ferry, as he teaches an accessible short form of Tai Chi and exposes participants to Qi Gong, the foundation of all of the Martial Arts. Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that offers a door to inner peace and tranquility. Qi Gong is movement, gentle stretches and stillness which allows energy (chi) to flow. There are many health benefits associated with both. No previous experience is needed. Dress as you would to exercise, and wear warm socks.
