Mindful self-compassion can also help reduce rumination, compulsive behaviors, anxiety and depression. This experiential workshop is based on the work of Kristin Neff PhD. and Chris Germer, PhD. Please join us as we help you learn:

  • to deal with emotions with more ease
  • to deepen your self-compassion practice
  • to handle  relationships more effectively
