Are you looking to know a little bit about yoga before jumping into a class? Or have you been taking a few classes already and have questions you want to ask? Join Kristin as she guides you through some basics that will help you feel more comfortable no matter where you are with your practice. We will cover the following topics:

Descriptions of different yoga styles and what that means for you choosing a class

Common themes you will find in different classes

Introduction to equipment and props and how to use them

Basic posture and alignment in relationship to the spine and pelvis

Common Yoga Language! What Namaste, Tadasana, Surya Namaskar & a few more means!

No experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome!
