First half of the class: Salsa flow with energizing movements!  Salsa fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.The routines include interval training sessions where slow and well-taught smooth rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Second half of the class: Yoga movements including core/ab toning, strengthening abdominal and back muscles, and winding down with deep stretching. All levels welcomed and carefully instructed!
