Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a combination of relaxation, affirmation, respiration and visualization techniques that are used together to create deep relaxation in the physical body. This multidimensional approach to relaxation facilitates deep integration of mind, body and spirit. This practice is appropriate for anyone, regardless of your physical condition. Please dress warmly in layers, as you will be lying in Savasana (Relaxation Pose) for an extended period of time. You may eat a light meal 1 hour before arriving.
