Partner Yoga is a great way to strengthen a bond and dig deeper into a relationship. This style of practice explores and invites awareness, openness, patience, communication, and balance surrounding your relationship. No previous yoga experience is required; bring a friend, a loved one, a sibling or anyone you feel a connection with or want to begin or deepen a connection with.
