We will explore pranayama (breath work) and its effects on stress relief as well as restorative postures that will ease tension in the body with extra focus on the head, neck, shoulder and low back areas.
Suitable for all levels, perfect for newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. Rebecca has been helping yogis of all levels refresh and find their inner calm through Restorative Yoga since 2009. No previous yoga experience necessary.
