Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga and Aromatherapy: A Spring Equinox Celebration

Celebrate the balance of yin & yang energies (dark & light) as we prepare for spring by purifying the body, heart and mind.  The active (yang) gentle flow will create warmth & mobility and will awaken your core.  The passive (yin) poses will go deeper to the inner layers (joints & organs) with a focus on liver & gallbladder, organs of spring & detoxification. Indulge your senses, as we layer this practice with seasonal essential oils.  Move out the cold & stagnant effects of winter & plant new seeds of intention illuminating your true nature.  Clear toxins, negativity & darkness and invite in expansive light to stir your soul as an invocation to the rise of spring inside and out.
